Hyatt Place Long Island/east End

Good hotel to stay at, what made it GREAT was the Dylan the manager, very informative, friendly, made you feel like family. What a great young man. Definitely will stay again.

This night was the most terrible in my life. I say this seriously. this hotel is not worth the money. When we checked into the hotel, I immediately realized that something was wrong here. There are three organizations in this building. aquarium, banquet hall, hotel. What do you think could go wrong? Right . the wedding that took place in the banquet hall spilled over into the entrance area of this hotel. For two hours the guests drank, shouted and were not allowed to sleep. I sleep very lightly and the 5th floor did not save me from this noise. The night shift of this hotel did not take care of the guests. The most interesting thing happened in the morning. When we checked out, we told the reception that it was noisy at night. We were told in response that it was your own fault and that you could solve this problem yourself. I had to call and notify the sleeping staff at the hotel. Dylan was very rude and completely incompetent. how can we be to blame for this? Don’t you see what’s happening on the street at the front door of the hotel? contact me immediately!

I was Very Pleased with this Hotel. I stayed 2 night's and was Very Happy when checking in and was told I was getting an upgrade of a waterview room because I was the Mother of the Groom. The room was Very Nice and so was the indoor pool and Breakfast. The whole Hotel was Beautiful and clean. I'd Highly Recommend it.

Very strange hotel, for this prise I would not recommend to stay here. Noise, some front desk stuff was unfriendly arrogance Dylan (front desk guy).Nearby activities: Aquarium

We had a wonderful stay here on a group tour. It was clean. The staff was very friendly. The room was wonderful. A nice size suite.Nice selection at breakfast.Overall, it was very cozy and comfortable. I would highly recommend it.
