Steve’s Donuts - Riverside

I'm here this morning. the woman of this establishment is wonderfully very respectful, she ensures that all her customers are happy every time with my experience. this evaluation is based exclusively on the man of the facility he is rude and respectless and has no idea about good customer service. especially this morning I bought a cup of coffee as I do quite a lot of a French vanilla cappuccino. After he filled the cup with coffee, he will take it by and will begin to put it in coffee, that another customer wanted to thank God that I could stop it. when I stopped him and asked what he did, he said, I will not serve you anymore, you can wait for her. then I told him I need a cover for my coffee, he answered, I have no one. he had no one at all the other day when I visited, I gave him my credit card that he entrusted it to me in return. the only reason I came back is because of the dame. he likes sweating, but none of his sweating are funny. he asked if I was happy that my grandson is bright or dark because he is multicultural, what does that mean? I should have done it! Whenever I'm there, I'm doing business with the woman. i always treat with her, even if I'm by the way, but today she wasn't available, so I had to do business with him that was the icing on the cake, I won't come back due to his blanky disregard and unprofessionality. I'm gonna miss the woman, especially because she's going through something personally. I suggest that the man get a professional note how to treat his customers!

I love this place and so do all of my co-workers. Best donuts and superior service. The woman at the counter put a genuine smile on my face, which is hard to do and made me feel welcomed. I reccomended this shop to our new hires at work and everyone else I meet who is new to the area.

So, this place....best donuts in Riverside for sure!! You better get there early b cause they do sell out. There are your traditional donuts and the super cute fancies. The workers are.so friendly and make sure you are satisfied with your order. This place has a steady stream of customers and we are always in and out. The donuts are ALWAYS fresh, no day old stale nastiness.
