Cafe Rio Mexican Grill - Riverton

The customer service at this Cafe Rio was outstanding! I enjoyed the people who served my food, a woman even made me smile. The food was delicious and I always make sure to visit Cafe Rio whenever I'm home. I wish Cafe Rio would come to Texas! The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly suggest trying out this restaurant!

I am changing my rating from 4 stars to 3 stars for this restaurant. I have visited a few times since my initial review and have encountered issues with each order. On one occasion, I ordered a side of sour cream (which is an extra charge) and when I got home, I found that the side cups were only 2/3 full. It may seem like a minor issue, but it was annoying. During another visit, I ordered nachos and discovered that the cheese was not melted when I got home. I had to reheat the dish and as I was eating, I found a large piece of hard tortilla in my meal. Cafe Rio is generally good, but their drive-through quality can be inconsistent. However, I have never had any problems with dining in. My go-to order is the sweet pork burrito enchilada style with hot sauce, and I always ask for some sour cream or tomatillo sauce on the side. I also highly recommend their coin limeade when getting a drink with the meal - it is delicious.

Talk about a sloppy burrito! shows how much care they put in the food. the employees are likely to be overworked, underpaid and underpaid.

I just wanted to give this 2 stars because the girl on the way was pleasant. but eating is really so bad that I can't. a smashed burrito at $11 should not rival the cibble of my dog in dryness. then 2/3 of the ingredients were missing like a ship in the Bermuda triangle. sauce? no. bohnen? no, reis? denk not. here is her pork of questionable origin and tortilla with a sprinkle of cheese. they enjoy the small garden of soggy shredded salat though! the owner can answer further, I have seen enough of the reviews below to know that nothing was or will be implemented to correct these constantly bad experiences. go somewhere else or give the money of the next love, instead of lighting it here on fire.

Disappointed again this was one of my favorite places to eat. The last two times I've gone here the quality have been subpar at best. The price they charge for a salad it should be the best salad you ever had that's not the case anymore. You can't expect people to pay top dollar for food that should have gone in the garbage and think they will continue to come back.
