Everyone loves A&W Root Beer! Every time I visit, I have to indulge in a delicious root beer. I wish they'd let me behind the counter so I could whip up my own ice cream and root beer float—yum! As for KFC, they have the best original crispy chicken and their classic recipe is unbeatable. The coleslaw isn't quite what it used to be, but it's still nice and crunchy. The mashed potatoes with gravy are always a hit—perfectly seasoned! And let's not forget the biscuits; we absolutely adore them. Enjoy your root beer float along with a chicken leg! Whether it's the Papa Burger, Mama Burger, or Baby Burger, I love them all!

I used the drive-thru today, and there was a lot of static in the speaker, which made communication difficult. When I pulled up to the window, I could hear the staff inside laughing and mocking what I had said in the drive-thru. I mentioned to the employee at the window that I could hear them laughing and repeating my words. This behavior was very unprofessional and unkind. Additionally, the chicken I ordered was burnt.

OWNER PLEASE TAKE NOTE: I 've been a KFC fan my whole life, this location seems to be on the decline... Came here recently with my family, first impression was when I went to open the door- look at this door handle Then after standing at the counter for nearly 5 minutes. I shouted out Hello? about four employees came out of nowhere, the one staring at his phone at the drive thru didn 't notice us, or even bother looking up. (I think he had ear buds in) Food was below average, I think that 's a chain wide issue. The employees were helpful once they knew we were there. For the price increases we are seeing it would be nice to walk in to a nice clean environment and be greeted by helpful, cheerful crew.

Way over priced. Orderd 8 piece chicken tenders. Only got 7 and two of them where size of a key. Payed $19.00 for this. What a joke! On top of that it wasent even chicken. Now they use plants in place of chiken. Never going back there again.

Very poor quality Original recipe, the breading on both breasts was missing making the breast thoroughly greasy. The breading left on the remainder was doughy white and inedible. I ordered the 8 piece with 2 coleslaws and got a pint and 1/2, one was half way full. I know chicken and would never put this product out. The manager did not listen and was extremely patronizing telling me there wasn’t much she could do since it was cooked in grease, taking no responsibility what so ever and just wanted to get me off the phone like she’s heard it all before. My loyalty is to KFC for personal reasons and doubt even the Colonel would eat it. This location is uncaring and inconsistent. No more passes from me.
