Mcdonald's - Romulus

My boyfriend and I ordered dinner at this restaurant. We got a Big Mac, a Triple Cheeseburger, and a chicken sandwich, all with fries. However, when we received our bag, it was missing the fries, some of the sauces my boyfriend paid for, and the cheeseburger was completely smashed. To make matters worse, there were no straws for our drinks. The chicken sandwich bag was missing pickles, even though they weren't part of the order. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this restaurant.

This location truly sucks, I work in the area and like to order lunch once a week, they never EVER fail to put what I don’t want on the burger. I order online every single time, I also used to work in foods, it’s not that hard to read the screen and get it right?? If I could give 0 stars I would. Personally I would just go down the road to the Michigan Ave location, which I will be doing from now on.

Completely missed a whole meal in my order and two individual burgers (half the order). Food we did get was cold and had to be reheated. Not the first times we have had issues with this location.

It seems like they must have paid a lot of money for their reputation because the service here is absolutely terrible. They can never get your order right - not even once! The food is always cold and seems to have expired. If you want to feel insulted and confused after spending your hard-earned money, then this is the place for you. I will definitely be going to a different location in the future, no matter what.

Let's begin with the customer service, which I would rate as one star. When I entered the restaurant, there were no lines and I asked to place an order. The young man at the counter pointed to a kiosk and told me to do it myself. I was surprised and felt that proper customer service should have been provided by the staff. Additionally, it seemed that there were issues with the cash register. As I waited, I noticed that none of the staff were wearing non-slip shoes, which made me question the safety and health standards of the restaurant. In my experience working in the industry, this lack of proper footwear is not only dangerous but also a code violation.
