The best restaurant/dining room in Rouen. All dishes and pastry offers are made with fresh products and are homemade! The boss is very welcoming and always has a smile, the staff is very pleasant as well. There are cakes like no one else with specialities from the Eastern countries. I recommend this restaurant. Make sure you book for lunch.
