Grapefruit with well balanced bitterness. Clementines juicy not too sweet. Very good scented buns and berlingots. In short we can’t wait to get there or order online.
For Christmas, my sons offered me, to please me, the fruits confided by this craftsman of Saint Rémy de Provence. I still had the memory of the Christmas of my childhood and adolescence enjoying the confit fruits and the famous Melon confit that we sent my grandparents of Avignon when they didn't bring them to us to share this festive time with us. What was not my disappointment, and even greater, that of my sons, when we fell in sharing their Christmas gift. All fruits have almost the same insipid taste of sugar. Impossible blindfolded eyes to guess what fruit we have in the mouth. Only Kumquats, clementines/mandarins, and strawberries remain recognizable while being far too sweet. The melon is insipid, no taste, no flavor. Where's the name of this sign? I am very dubitative on the gustative capacities of people who write the previous 3 reviews. A confererred in which we will not return and that we will not recommend. We find better, better, more tasteful and at another price, industrial products on a large surface!! That's beyond disappointment!
The address had been warmly recommended, certainly too much! Leave the decorum and write it and attach yourself to the heart of the profession, confire fruit! I had carried out a real punitive expedition in order to assemble a gift of feasts worthy of this name so as not to say memorable (full nipple, assortment of almost all the confit fruits, frozen maroons)! You can find the melons and pineapples for the most imposing but also many other proposals in slices as well as the kiwi and orange, then whole, of the pear, fig, queens Claude, kumquat, strawberry, cherry, tangerine, orange... as well as iced browns. The only concern is that besides citrus and strawberry all has the same taste of sugar and that of the fruit so weak, when present taking care not to ingest the least drink likely to alter the taste tea, coffee, wine... that it is only in the third piece that one detects a vague trace back in the best case (for pineapple and melon) ! I almost couldn't detect the one of the frozen maroons behind the sugar! Honestly I had greater gustative satisfaction, less aesthetic, with products from master plums by typing in the industrial for pineapple and the range organic crossroads for iced browns!!! I don't know how it is possible that so many different fruits have the same uniformity of taste. My disappointment is up to the memories that I have to have consumed other houses and craftsmen! I think a deep question is necessary, but it will be without me! I will look for another conferrer and strip this one from my address book, the result is not at all at the height of expectations on this segment and selling prices that become literally surrealistic given the result and the only competition of the large distribution mentioned!
For lovers of good products, this is where you will find the best fruits! The staff is very pleasant and listening.
