I showed them the coupon in my app showing the promotion and the nice guy that was walking the line sent me to the window to talk to the manager Jess. When we pulled up I showed her the coupon and the manager said “what, do you want me to read it.” We said yes of course because that’s why we came today on a hot holiday. She said there’s nothing she could do so we left without the drink or a resolution. Definitely should not work customer service nor be a manager with that kind of an attitude. We love Dutch and we will return just never to this location.
Absolutely HORRIBLE service from your Manager JESS. She didn’t handle our technical issue with a coupon. She straight up said “ha what do you want me to do, read this coupon.?” Well… yeah. Isn’t it your job? Look don’t work customer service if you’re gonna have a horrible attitude!!! Fire this manager she’s complete trash.
I have no issue with Dutch Bros as a company, but my issue lies with this stand in particular. The customer service at this stand has never been quite up to par with other stands in Salem, and my interaction with the employees today further solidifies this. Interaction happened at 8:58am 6/24/24 in the drive thru. Employee had a rude tone, and made me feel like an inconvenience because I pulled my app out a few seconds after giving them my money. Some retraining at this location is probably needed.
I just went to get coffee and I was in. There drive through.
I visited the one on Mission St, which I rarely go to due to where I live, but I was in that area this day. I pulled up, and the gentleman remembered me from the one on Barnes rd and lancaster. I was surprised because I go to the other one 2 to 3xs a week and none of them remember my order. This guy did! He asked me if my order started with a large double torture. It was nice to know that at least one of them remembered.
