Extremely tasty. warm and friendly service. must try other options again soon. great value and highly recommended. would have been great to have a taste menu and a finger shell to clean the hands.
I visited Tinga last Saturday due my visit in Salisbury. I was really impressed with everything there- from the interior design which was great to amazing food and great cocktails choice.Never seen such a great coctail menu before Perfect place for a night out with friends and family or for a romantic date. Highly recommend to everyone. Staff is very friendly and professional.
Incredible. Perfect food, drinks and service. A wonderful place to be. My new favourite place. Jess was terrific, explained everything and made us feel wanted and couldn't be more enthusiastic about the place or her employers. A rare experience that speaks volumes. We live 40 miles away but will return at every opportunity. Thank you to all involved.
Tinga served up a fairly nice evening, but in our opinion there's some room for improvement. The venue is quite kitsch (if you're into that kind of thing), and was lively with dates and parties. The staff were fairly attentive, although we did have to remind our server about an order. The serving order was a little strange. Dishes came out as they were ready, tapas style, but as it's not tapas it ended up with half our party eating while the other half waited. The food was OK. It was fairly tasty, but some of the dishes were a little bland and some were just weird. The black bean dip tasted like not a lot, as did the fish tacos. The king prawn tacos had a mango sauce on them that was incredibly sweet, and completely overpowering. The empenadas tasted good but were pretty soggy. The drinks were also OK. Tinga lager isn't anything to write home about but is a nice alternative to standard lagers if you're looking for something different. One mocktail came with a charred piece of orange, which we guess was meant to be lightly blackened but ended up dropping a load of ash into the drink, and was very strong smelling.
