Bojangles - Salisbury

I had an amazing experience with the two-piece breast dinner combo, featuring CTO supremes seasoned with Cajun spices. The customer service was top-notch, truly deserving of a five-star rating. The restaurant is conveniently located in the heart of North Carolina, just off I-85, making it an ideal stop if you're heading to Durham, Charlotte, or Greenville, SC. The dining experience is quick, and the scenery is lovely. Overall, it's a fantastic restaurant!

I ordered several combos, but I received no sauce. I was also shortchanged by 27 cents. The staff has been rude during my visits, making it hard to enjoy my meal. Additionally, there’s a sticker on the drive-thru window that states you get only one sauce per combo, yet I didn’t receive any sauce at all. This place might as well close its doors if it continues like this.

The food was good, but the service inside the restaurant was severely lacking. I waited over five minutes before I saw anyone working at the front. When I checked my watch, I realized it took me 20 minutes from entering the door to placing my order. The person at the front seemed overwhelmed and inexperienced, and I noticed six customers leave the line before they could even order. It was clear that the drive-thru was prioritized, which points to poor management and a serious lack of attention to customers inside the store.

I was really disappointed with my experience. The chicken was overcooked and dry, making it tough to chew. I tried adding hot sauce and BBQ sauce, but nothing improved the flavor. I ended up throwing it all away. The fries were also a letdown; they weren't hot and lacked seasoning. This was my first visit, and unfortunately, it will likely be my last. I had high hopes after coming from Greenville, NC, but it turned out to be the worst dining experience I've ever had.

I was there. In the morning about 10 30 and my family went in half order. 7 minutes wait before we were able to, their was not a line inside, but the longest ride through the line. All in all good waiting times.
