Burger King - San Benito

I ordered 2 whopper combos waited about 20 minutes for my order. Fries were cold, they were out of ALL fountain drinks, only had tea and water not telling customers no sign to let people know that there were no drinks. Washing my hands was out of the question. Bathroom doors were blocked with chairs no Out of Order signs just blocked. Considering lobby area was almost empty, tables and floors were very dirty.

My order was wrong, the girl at drive-thru window lied to me when I asked her about the order. I heard them calling for the wrong item. When I asked her about it, she lied to me and said it wasn't so. After I got home, I saw the order was wrong and items missing. When I went back to tell them, they replaced wrong item and gave me missing items. Only to find out the order was STILL wrong. At this point, this is the 3rd time this location has messed up our order, so not sure I'll be visiting this location again. Coworkers told me of the same problem they have had at this location, so buyers beware.

Food and service on par for Burger King however walking past the bathroom area, just stinks, not just like somebody was in there, but like sewage.

They charged me 25 bucks for a burger ? like the burger itself was to much like what I was getting ripped off I had a coupon for a family meal with fries and burgers it was 17
