I decided to try this restaurant after a different one forgot to include a fork with my takeout order. I ended up getting some fries here just to have something to eat. Ordering through the kiosk was quick and easy. My fries were ready in no time and the staff were friendly. I was surprised to see that there was no drive-thru at this location. With how busy it is, having a drive-thru could definitely help in the future! Charging over $3 for a small order of fries seems excessive for a McDonald's restaurant.

The restaurant needs to hire a new chef for their beef dishes, as they consistently undercook the meat. Many customers have complained about this issue. I ordered a quarter pounder cheeseburger and was hesitant to finish it because it was pinkish-red on the inside.

I purchased a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese for my girlfriend, but the meat inside was clearly undercooked and pink. I took pictures to document it. I had to leave it at my girlfriend's house and instructed her to contact the McDonald's store because it was a waste of money since she couldn't eat it. The employee at the store was rude to her, accusing her of trying to get free food when she asked for my name to pick up the replacement meal. He then hung up on her. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the meal and the behavior of your employee. At this point, I am not concerned about receiving a refund or a replacement meal.
