Muy bueno!!! El lugar muy bonito, con una decoración,y la comida riquísima. El chef nos sugirió atún sellado y cochinillo. Muy bueno todo el postre de chocolate también espectacular. Precios accesibles.

El servicio es lento, no saben hacer café. Las bebidas están mal preparadas, el sommelier desconoce de vinos de la región; las porciones minúsculas para el precio, demasiados condimentos No se entiende qué es. Cuando preguntan si te gusta y dicen no y el porque el silencio es la respuesta. Creo que "alguien" que no entiende nada de cocina lo puso de moda.

El restaurante está dentro del hotel Dos Casas, sin una gran decoración y con mobiliario muy sencillo, no llegan a mantel en las mesas , está en el patio que está bastante agradable. Necesitas hacer reserva si o si , y cuando lo intentas te dicen que está lleno, aunque si observas parece que no se llena, yo creo que así las reservas se vuelven más codiciadas ( muy mal ). Los precios son altísimos tanto de alimentos como de bebidas así que prepárate para una cuenta que te sorprenderá Por mucho gran chef que tiene el lugar no creo que vale la pena pagar precios tan altos y más cuando estás de vacaciones por un fin de semana.

We put ourselves in the hands of the cook, and it was a great decision. we both have the five cursor menu with the wine pairing; it was nice not to make any decisions and simply tasty dish after tasty dishes come at...you have made a special vegetarian menu for one of us. the wee were mostly mexican, some French, all fantastic and well paired with eating. the meal was expensive, but reasonable in consideration of the quality of food and wine. the service was pleasant and efficient. the room is nothing to write home as if the inside of a modern hotel, but that is not what we were for.

I visited sma in september 2022. I traveled solo for my birthday and wanted to enjoy a special dinner. I looked online and realized àperi offered reservations at the cooking table. they are normally closed on Tuesday, so I have a place for one on a...Monday I had an amazing time and it was a unique and intimate experience that was the only person on the cooking table. alejandro lópez vega created a delicious tasting menu. each dish was a unique experience and I could taste fall into every dish. he told me everything about the fresh and local products – all from fruit tomato to goat cheese – they come from the nearby farms of the region. everything was well paired with tequila and weep from the region. the portions were large (of what I am used to) and it was a true representation of modern Mexican cuisine. alejandro is new for sma, but he has worked in some of the best restaurants in Mexico City including pujol. I am now a great fan! I recommend you to book the cook table when you travel to san miguel!
