Starbucks - San Ramon

I think it's the 3rd time they made my order wrong. Ordered a Vt Chai Tea Latte and after 20 mins wait they gave me a Latte. Total waste of time in going to this place.Most of the time expect a super super slow service.

I tried a new drink today was really good refresher.

I come here all the time, went out of my way to give the young indian girl a tip, she began giving me attitude, intentionally gave me the wrong drink, then I had to go back and she was unapologetic. not a single apology, horrific service : i can remove this with response from the owner

Very new and clean Starbucks. Not busy mid day with plenty of seats and plugs. Engaging and friendly staff. Easy parking.

Came here because I needed some good pick..me.upp, so I got the Iced Caramel Macchiato with the QUAD. Oh yes I did. After I drank it I felt like I can work all day. Well that didnt happen but the coffe was great. great job guys on creating this drink!
