I was very disappointed with the service. From the start, they didn’t even know who was taking the orders, and the staff would turn their backs on you while you were talking to them. When my order was delivered, they couldn’t even identify their own burger. The fries were overcooked, and when we asked for a replacement, they just brought out more overcooked fries. When we mentioned it to the server, all they did was laugh. Is that acceptable? We ordered siomai, and they said it wasn’t available at first. Later on, they claimed it was available. The server didn’t respond when we tried to order more, and we had to wait and ask if our order was on the way. When we finally got a reply, they said they were still counting it. They could have just told us earlier that the siomai was available or not. As for the food, we waited 10 minutes for a burger that wasn’t even freshly made since it wasn’t hot. We ordered a large fries, but they served us very little since they ran out of fries. We overheard them saying it was their last order of fries, so they had to split it among three orders. And the frappe? It tasted more like a milkshake with too much icing and was incredibly sweet. In terms of value for money, it is not worth it. I'm sorry, but I had a very bad experience during our first visit with my wife, and we won’t be returning. I just wanted to share my feedback in hopes that they can improve their service.

Delicious and inexpensive food. The only downside is that there are noisy students who can be distracting.

Affordable price...Very good service and Amazing Ambiance..try it and you will love it.

Despite a minor issue, I really enjoyed my experience because the staff was very accommodating.
