Very delicious and authentic Korean bbq experience. Love that they use traditional charcoal instead of just gas. Marinated beef ribs are def my favorite. It would be great if our waitress speak better English and inform us the right time to flip the meat to avoid burnt meat. Since apparently no one is taking care of the process once our waitress put the meat on the grill.
Great ambience for friends, families, and dates.. yummy Korean casual food from noodles to bbq with health in mind. Definitely my newly discovered jewel in town..
Came to the early evening on Friday. space was empty for another party. I have the (boneless, by inadvertent) calbi and bark small darm, a little beer and sweet/sour gay at the end. it was a bit too much to eat for two. charcoal grill is really nice, with its odor of campfire and wood. banchan was nothing to write about (salad, kimchi, kartoffels, picked radishes, brokkoli, bean sprouts). kalbi was good. intestines were. unexpectedly we have marinated in the rule they were from gyukaku and that was my only reference point, but these were not and they had a surprisingly chickeny y taste and texture (i.e. a little bit mehlig), which would be in order if there were some vinegary/acidic sauce to dive, but there were none. I'll never get back. but I care about inexperience that I have to go forward. Sweet/sour boar was too good, but too much food at this point, and a cold slightly sweet rice milk comes with the review that tasted more of conductive water than rice, but at this point everything was appreciated to goose clean.
Fantastic, chaotic, friendly and damn good. We dived here and went a little hard near an evening, without having a real idea of what we did and left completely satisfied and satisfied. The staff was quick and helpful and even cooked for us, as it was obvious that we were in trouble.
