Starbucks - Santa Cruz

The coffee here is fantastic, especially the heavenly coffee frappe—you'll definitely love it! The staff is friendly, and I didn't wait more than five minutes for my order. The overall cleanliness is good, though the restrooms could use a little more attention. Otherwise, everything is in order.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience this morning with a very rude waiter. My wife was waiting for her second dish, and the waiter had the audacity to ask rudely what they were waiting for. If they need guidance on excellent customer service, they are welcome to reach out to me—I’d be happy to offer a free lesson!

It was a wonderful experience. Yesterday, I visited for a pastry and hot chocolate, and there were only two staff members working. The young woman who took my order greeted me with a big smile, and the young man who prepared my food was also very friendly.

In the middle of nowhere lol, hard to find in contrast to others dietucks I visited old building ,hollow , too big for the amount of business they do, service but was good

Came in with a personal cup in order to waive the plastic cup fee have my drink stay cold longer and it got lost/given to another customer. The place was clean, however very understaffed. One person doing drinks and one person doing food/register is just not enough for this location.
