That is the BEST shop in santa cruz. the employees are very nice and know how to make a sandwich.

Carla, who worked on the 30th april at 17.30 a.m., was extremely rude. I offered to buy something and she still refused to use the rest. my friend then went after and asked, she told him if he bought something he could use. So he asked her why she refused to buy me his girlfriend who offered me something. she stumbled her rage and remained rude and refused to serve. I do not recommend this place at all! terrible service!

Estefania was so helpful and friendly! I had a few questions before ordering and she made sure to find out for me instead of saying: "I don't know" or brush me out even when the line was built. I didn't catch the names of the other girl, but she was also super helpful and I can say that she really tries to be fast and efficient, but she still did the sandwiches well and labeled her and everything. very thorough and helpful service! also smells clean in there.

This is your typical friendly local Subway. It doesn’t deserve a full 5 stars because they discontinued the spicy mustard.
