Chow's Asian Bistro - Santa Fe

We ordered takeout on Christmas Eve. I had sesame tofu and vegetable chow fun. The sesame tofu was the best I’ve ever had. The tofu was fried perfectly and good quality, and the sauce was delicious and spicy. Wasn’t crazy about the chow fun noodles (too skinny and some were a little hard, but the vegetables and sauce were really good. There were some issues with pick up because the restaurant was inundated with DoorDash orders, but the order was correct and the wait was worth it. Best Chinese food I’ve had so far in Santa Fe.

Pretty good flavor Chinese food . Love the shrimp fried rice and baby pork rib.

My family went here for Christmas Eve while visiting Santa Fe. The potstickers and the General Tso chicken were both good and the service was great.

We stopped in on a busy Friday night. They got us in right away. They guy at the front was literally running around checking people out, bussing tables, taking orders, delivering food. Really admired his work ethic. He was holding the place down and doing an awesome job. Food is so good. Cozy atmosphere.
