Was not open to general public. Didn’t find this out until we had driven up to the brewery. They should have a sign on the main road so we didn’t have to drive up.

Neat place with a great view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They had some great local beer on draft. Worth a visit.

We ordered a pizza. I wish it was delicious and I wish I had better things to say, however, it might qualify for a grade school cafeteria offering. The cheese was moosh , the Italian sausage topping was some frozen preformed mass produced blech, and the sauce unfortunately lacked flavor. Why go to the trouble of baking this in a wood fired oven when a frozen pizza would be better?

Needs better leadership. We showed up on a Saturday night with 6 adults and 4 kids. Weren’t expecting much. Just wanted to grab some food close to the chateau. Walk in and it’s full. No problem. It’s Saturday night. We get it.Wait for a table to open up (there was no hostess. Stake our claim and 10-15 mins pass before somebody offers to clean it off. Finally settle in. Nobody came to check on us. We took matters into our own hands and gather orders for the table to place at the bar.Go to place the order and we’re told we can’t place an order for 45 minutes due to being short staffed. We spent 35+ minutes there with hardly an acknowledgment before learning this. Extremely frustrating.Location has potential. Plenty of people nearby trying to spend money. Not even upset with the lack of staffing. Just wish someone would have communicated such upon arrival.
