Feedback gevenI had my husband pick up a meatball sub for me, and it was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be coming back!
The food was delicious, but the restaurant could use some cleaning. I attempted to inform them about a puddle on the floor, but my concern was overlooked.
The staff member tried to hand me my order, which was cold by now. I explained that it needed to be remade. By this time, I had already waited for 35 minutes. They remade my order, but not a single person offered an apology or asked if I wanted a refund for the inconvenience. After leaving, I called the restaurant to ask for the corporate phone number. The young lady who answered said she didn’t know it, so I asked to speak to a manager. She claimed to be the manager but still didn’t have the corporate number. I explained how unprofessional the situation was, and she falsely asserted that someone called my name, which was not true—no one mentioned it in the store. She told me I could come back for a refund, but it was clear she didn’t care. When I finally arrived at my neighbor's house, guess what? The sandwich was made incorrectly. What a surprise!
The young girl working there was quite rude. I placed my order an hour in advance, and when I arrived, they hadn't even started preparing it. I won't be returning.
The staff were very kind to me and prepared the sandwich exceptionally well. Thank you!
