We waited over 30 minutes and still didn't receive all of our food.

The food was terrible! My chicken was undercooked and still pink inside! It was extremely unappetizing. I will never return to this restaurant.

The drive-thru service was extremely slow, and my order was completely wrong. I requested green beans as a side but received cole slaw instead. I also asked for and paid for extra biscuits, but they weren't included in my bag. To top it off, they were out of sweet tea. This is the second time my order has been incorrect, and as a result, I won't be returning. I believe this reflects a management issue.

Although they only had 2 employees working (during lunch) they were super friendly and the food was great ????

I never leave reviews anywhere but im so sick of every single time i come here the girls working headset and drive thru at night are just so disgustingly rude, like every single time! me and my boyfriend came through the drive thru about 9:00pm april 4,2022 got 2 famous bowl (which the food was awesome). the girl did not greet us nor told us our total amount at the speaker just kept asking ?anything else, anything else, pull forward? then after we was handed are food my bf goes to ask for extranapkins she slammed the window in our face and walked away as if she didn?t hear him. definitely not the customer service imcoming here for.
