P.s. Taco Company Saraland

The only downside to this restaurant is how often I find myself visiting! Their tacos are incredible! The Belly of the Beast Black Jack is definitely my favorite, and I love that you can get any of their tacos as a burrito as well. Without a doubt, this is the best place to eat in Saraland.

I'm giving this restaurant a 5-star rating primarily to support the young server, Allen W., who was doing his best – I remember what it’s like to be just starting out. However, I ordered three tacos: two with grilled chicken and one with pork belly. Unfortunately, the pork taco was excessively fatty, to the point where I couldn’t finish it. I understand that pork can be fatty, but the majority of the meat was just fat, which was disappointing.

The service was outstanding, even with our waiter also handling the cooking. He was always on top of things and never missed a step. He demonstrated great knowledge of the menu and consistently kept our drinks full.

Surprising find in a strip mall . The waitress was very friendly and very knowledgeable about both the food and the alcohol selections. I ordered the 3 taco special. Seasoned beef was my least favorite. Dry and not much going on there. The beast of the belly was good though

Fast, fresh and friendly sums up our experience at P.S. Taco! The chips come with freshly made style salsa which is very tasty and we loved the skinny tacos with grilled Snapper. Service was very fast too!
