Panera Bread - Sarasota

My mother and I thought after shopping for lunch. we decided to dive in. the young lady who took our order was more interested in world affairs than we did. that was really clear when I picked up our food when our number was called and there were two sandwiches on each of our tellers. only one next note when we were asked about our page preference, we were told: baguette or apple chips. crazy! we ordered sandwiches. we both ate and we? not impressed by the quality. I have eaten in paneras often. we took our rest home and I ate my sandwich tonight. I have a photo from the inside of my sandwiches. there is enough turkey for a little child. with the price of this sandwiches; I'm asking what the **** is. please help me understand how this is all professional.

Too bad in them. I live this place, but today it's over. we made a good sandwich with a soda. the drink area was a chaos. the dr. pepper fountain was almost clear that we come so that we skipped that tries pepsi. that wasn't pepsi. it was also the wrong color, suggesting it was mixed with something. my first taste was lemon lime, mixed with weakly watered pepsi. It was so bad I threw it out when we were gone. they are in a help themselves style karton box in so tightly cloged, they have to dig to get them. I thought all the other people were touching the straws. yes, they were not even paper-covered straws. not hygienic! it was hot, I was thirsty. whether I paid $3.09 for my soda, I couldn't even get my first choice or my second choice. I just threw it out. No one else complained so much. there was a bad choice to go there today. Too bad. please get it in this load together. I love eating. bad experience today.

It was santas parade at night the load was full and even if some customers were totally unspecific to the line cooking. they held their positive attitude and worked the hardest. the big scream at the chef is the ultimate profi.

That looked good to your manager and she was snoring about it. it is sad because the normal gentleman manager is really amazing and beautiful. Unfortunately he is the only - I hope he can find better help.

Their ice maker in their soda fountain is extremely dirty and a health hazard! Check out the graphic photos it?s disappointing that the ice maker is neglected and management needs to take care of their equipment to protect peoples health.
