Very impressed with the safety and hygiene standards. There were safety screens placed on all tables and sanitizers were readily available across the place. <br/ <br/ Although the menu was limited and cold beverages weren 't really available, it was quite a delight and safe to visit during the 'pandemic situation ' without any second thoughts.

One of the best and happening places in Hyderabad. <br/ Visit this place at any hour of the day, and you will see the crowd !Have been to this place multiple times and always satisfied !<br/ <br/ Food 5 Amazing Food. Try Indian, Pizza or anything. You will love the food. Kadhai veg is amazing. I am sure you will not be able to find better food than this in Hyd<br/ Customer friendly 5 Polite well mannered staff. I've stayed in Novotel for a week, while my stay I used to have breakfast and sometimes Lunch and dinner here.<br/ <br/ to Individuals I would really thank to Husthasini for welcoming with beautiful smile and the way she responses is really nice, All the best to her for future endeavors.<br/ <br/ Now coming to food  Breakfast plenty of tasty varieties including irani chai : <br/ <br/ Lunch and dinner I wasn't so excited as it's mostly repetitive.

Went with family and had an amazing experience. The ambience of Hotel is relly great and music and food is good. I like you pasta. Staff are friendly and Service great. The staff always show good r receiving and hospitality. Will definitely visit soon

Having dinner at Food Exchange (Novotel with some friends was a good experience. We went for the buffet option.<br/ <br/ The place itself wasn’t so spectacular, not too fancy or extravagant, more on the business side. Decors are simple but elegant. Atmosphere was good and most of the tables were occupied during dinner, people were enjoying their food.<br/ <br/ Service was good, we were attended well. Just a small, funny incident happened here. When we were seated we asked for the regular water and on the table was a plain glass bottle of it and we said that this is fine thinking is just filtered water. And during the evening we had like 5 bottles of these since it had only 660 ml. When the bill came we found out that actually that was some of the most expensive water, around rs 300 per 660 ml bottle : . <br/ <br/ Most of the food selection was delicious and the spread is large. They have a live grill on the terrace as well for more diversity. Chicken, fish, seafood, Mutton, and other meats and cold cuts are there to entertain your palate. Oriental and continental food are not missing. Chicken dim sum tasted amazing. The desserts part was offering plenty of choices and the taste was there as well. <br/ The buffet dinner is priced very high, definitely not a place for someone on a budget.
