There are places which dish out good food, then there are places where the service might be better but the really good ones provide a perfect mix of both and in these uncertain times, Rayalseema Ruchulu almost fits the bill.<br/ <br/ Went here today and were in a dilemma as to whether to order the thali or go for the table top buffet. Finally settled for the buffet and man oh man was it good! Fiery good I'll say. <br/ <br/ They had paya shorba but we didn't want to have it hence they provided chicken sweet corn soup to start things of and served a total of five starters, all of them were toothsome. Be it the chicken manchurian, the fried chicken, the chicken vepudu, chilli paneer or the fish fritters, they were all good. The manchurian though was not boneless but that was not a real concern to me.<br/ <br/ The main course had natu kodi pulusu, prawn curry, egg curry and another chicken based gravy, the name of which I cannot seem to remember now. They had butter naans and rotis along with them and chicken biriyani too. Each and every item was hot and spicy but in a good way and not like the ones laced with chilli powder with the sole intention to set your tongue and tummy on fire.<br/ <br/ The desserts section had carrot halwa and bellam (jaggery) payasam. A good ending for the kind of meal we just finished. They gave us complimentary butter milk too. Special mention of the service here which was top notch. Mr. Jagannath and other members of the staff made sure that there was no stone left unturned and made us feel at ease. They are ensuring that proper sanitary and safety measures are followed with the staff wearing masks and gloves and sanitisers are kept on each and every table.<br/ <br/ Now for a few pointers which need to be addressed:<br/ (1) There was no menu for the buffet and when we asked, they said that there is none which was awkward as you need to know what you'd be paying for.<br/ (2) Secondly, there were no vegetarian items provided, the only one was chilli paneer and that was we specifically asked for it. For some reason, the staff seemed reluctant to provide any veg items. When you opt for a buffet with non veg as a preference, you get both veg and non veg and that was the case when we had it in their jubilee hills branch but not here. <br/ (3) In other restaurants we visited, the table adjacent to one sitting is marked out for the sake of social distancing but not here where all the tables seemed available. A family of 6 came and sat right adjacent to us. I wouldn't do that. They might not have the common sense but the staff could have ushered them to another table specially when the number of people in the restaurant was sparse. Need the above to be addressed.<br/ <br/ Overall it was a good gastronomical experience and an epicurean delight. Next stop, I'll try the much famed thali here. One must definitely try out this place to relish authentic rayalseema cuisine and I'm pretty sure it'll be worth it.<br/
It was a very good experience for us.Excellent service by Mr. Bana Mali Das. He served us as though we were his guest at his home. Highly recommended !!
We visited the Rayalaseema Ruchulu (hitech city), witch is the most important is covid measure maintenance was excellent. We ordered Ragi sangati, naatu kodi pulusu, mutton vepudu and thali. The all food was yummy and presentation was excellent. There all staff are hygienic and friendly with customers. The ambiance also looking as per the restaurant cousin. I most recommend the place.
