It was pretty busy when we arrived just after 9:30, but staff seemed to spend a lot of time chatting with each other. Our food was really good, gf eggs Benny and avocado toast. Breakfast places do tend to be a bit pricey, so we expected that. Decent value for the meals we enjoyed, and I would give 5 stars for that. Sadly, service was lacking throughout and when it was time to pay the bill the server actually sat on the table beside us as she handed the debit machine. No attempt to make small talk or anything. Being in a customer service service industry myself, it's details like poor service that leave an unfavorable impression.
I was back in my hometown for a mini-reunion, and my friend took me to this restaurant for brunch. We were seated without wait, with the restraurant nearly full. Our waitstaff was friendly and helpful. I had the Ukranian Brekkie (where else but Saskatoon would have this as a menu item??! , and as one of my favorite restaurants growing up in Saskatoon was the Taste of Ukraine on 22nd Street, I was not disappointed with this delicious dish. Highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast/brunch.
Had breakfast there on Easter weekend eggs Benedict and chicken and waffles for the two of us service and food was outstanding.
Went out for brunch with a group of 5. We put ourselves on the waitlist and got in an hour later. I had the caramel latte with oat milk and it was creamy and delicious. I ordered the Berry Waffle with a side of bacon and it was delectable! So many wonderful sweet and savory flavors in one dish! The almonds, rich berries, and cripy waffle elevated a breakfast classic! Staff were welcoming and helpful. Will be going again!
Very Trendy, food and service were great. Had the traditional breakfast of bacon and eggs with sourdough toast. Toast was a little underdone but breakfast was tasty. must use free land eggs because of the dark yoke. Coffee was great and the wife like the mugs so much she bought a couple.
