Mystic Java - Saskatoon

Close the the Sheraton Cavalier, on the first floor of an office building. Sandwiches, soup, funky drinks. Quick service. Tasty food. Good choice. Cheap.

I tried to go here a couple of months ago and they were closed for renovations. This time they were opened and it looks nice. My friend and I went for coffee and desert. I got a mocha and a very tasty chocolate desert. Wow it was a big piece of cake. But it was so good, just could not leave any. Its a nice atmosphere. There are chairs and couches to sit at. Its a nice place to talk the day or night away.

I enjoyed a delicious London Fog while me and my friends caught up in the New Year in Mystic Java's consistently cozy atmosphere. I've been here for a quick lunch, too, and its satisfying.

We absolutely love this coffee shop as a family. They serve fantastic coffee, delicious food options, and also support local musicians. The seating is very comfortable and the atmosphere is cozy. It's one of those unique, independent coffee shops that we make sure to support, in contrast to the boring and generic corporate chains.

My friends and I like to come here Sunday afternoons to relax and play games; I appreciate that they welcome people to stay for extended periods of time. The food is excellent, ranging from the indulgent 4-layer chocolate cake to soups, sandwiches, wraps, paninis, and a wide variety of smoothies and coffee drinks. The only downside is that during winter it can get quite cold sitting near the door due to the constant stream of customers coming and going.
