Good food with nice people. Everything was so tasty that I loved to come back. Must try their chicken Hakka noodles, panner stuff naan, lamb curry and mango lassi.
Never ordered karhai paneer it’s my first time but bad experience ever it was tasteless never go at spicy time.
Spicy Time is my favourite restaurant of all time. I absolutely love their veggie biryani and I order it all the time! I also got samosa chaat which was good! But I just love biryani so I get usually just that to pick up and I take it home. It’s usually ready in 15-20 minutes after I call. Sometimes they’ll say come in 30 minutes if it’s a busy time. Overall not a long wait and super good!! To me it’s the best biryani in all of Saskatoon!
I recently visited Spicy Time, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! As a fan of Indian cuisine, I opted for the meal for one, which included Butter Chicken, Naan Bread, chickpeas, and rice. Let me tell you, it was a delightful treat for my taste buds. The Butter Chicken was rich, creamy, and packed with flavors that perfectly complemented the tender chicken pieces. The naan bread was warm, soft, and simply delicious. My only tiny quibble would be that I could have used a bit more of the naan bread. However, considering the affordable price of the meal (only $20 for a full serving), the additional charge of $2.50 to $3.00 for extra naan bread seemed reasonable. The overall quality of the food was outstanding, and I couldn't help but be thoroughly impressed. The authentic flavors and the aromatic spices transported me to the heart of India. It's clear that the chefs at Spicy Time take great pride in their culinary creations.During my visit, the staff informed me about their buffet, which is available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays starting at around 4:00 PM. I am already looking forward to returning for the buffet, as I can't wait to indulge in more of their incredible Indian dishes. I am more than ready to explore the delicacies of Spicy Time the next time I visit. The ambiance of Spicy Time was cozy and inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy the meal. The restaurant's location is convenient, and the friendly service provided by the staff added to the overall positive experience.Spicy Time offers some of the most awesome Indian food I've ever tasted in Saskatoon. From the delectable Butter Chicken to the delightful naan bread, every bite was a treat. Despite the minor naan bread portion, the value for money is exceptional, making Spicy Time a must-visit for Indian cuisine lovers like me. I highly recommend checking out their buffet as well. I can't wait to return and indulge in more of their delicious offerings!
