Feedback gevenNew staff and retirees. You really need to figure out if the customer is a priority, or if you're too focused on tasks like chopping onions and cleaning up. I headed over to Hwy. 80, and I waited so long for my club sandwich that I almost canceled the order. There were only me and one other man in the cafe. I couldn't believe it!
I attempted to visit this restaurant multiple times, but for various reasons, it was either closed or there was an issue in the kitchen. I finally managed to find it open, but this time they only accepted cash. The staff member seemed more focused on chatting with her friend than making my sandwich. The place also felt unkempt and dirty inside. My recommendation would be to head a few blocks away to the subway instead.
The only staff member taking orders was quite rude. Each half sandwich had just two slices of tomato, and when I requested extra, they charged me $0.69 for two more. It seems that companies these days don't care about their name and reputation. This place seems to be going downhill in Savannah, GA.
Great customer service. You even cleaned the machines for my son who has allergies. That was very nice of them to take us when they weren't super busy. Thank you.
The attitude of the owner was not good. It was my first time and apparently I was asking too many questions. He actually walked away. The only reason why I didn't walk out is because there was a lady there working who had no problems answering my questions. The sandwich was dry, they don't have a toaster, and only one kind of cheese. This is why I go to jimmy johns. I wanted to try something new and was dissapointed.
