Ms Polly's Cake Giants - Savannah

I have to say, I was really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a slice of cake with extra icing, paying $6 for it, which would have been reasonable if the cake had been good. Unfortunately, it was dry and crumbly, just like the owner’s demeanor. It lacked any sort of satisfaction. The atmosphere was terrible as well; nobody spoke and there was no sense of gratitude anywhere. Overall, it was a letdown.

The cupcakes are fantastic! However, I was really disappointed when I took a bite of the sweet potato pie. I stopped purchasing Patty Pies in the past because their flavor was something I just couldn't tolerate, and I found out that this wasn't a homemade pie but a store-bought Patty LaBelle pie. To make matters worse, selling the slices for over three dollars feels like a bad business move. By referring to it as a "pre-ordered pie" instead of being upfront about using a store-bought product, you've lost my business. Thanks for that.

Polly cakes was too expensive their cake was stale and the potatoe pie was not homemade it was a Patty Pie from Walmart

I ordered a cake for memorial celebration for 2 different people she made it exactly the way we discussed it was on the counter when I walked in on time and ready to go...I love it

I was looking for red velvet cupcakes in the Pooler Georgia area. Googled cupcakes in Pooler Georgia. Found Ms Polly's. Ordered online from the googled page in Pooler. But there are multiple locations and for some reason all online orders go to the Savannah location even though the website does not say that. Figured it would have gone to the Pooler location since that's the link it took me to. Emailed and called multiple times with the voicemail box being full and no response either way. I just wanted them to either transfer my order to Pooler due to not being able to get over to Savannah by the time they closed or cancel transaction. Poorly designed website and obviously no customer service at all. Money down the drain and no cupcakes.
