Feedback gevenThe real problem wasn't just her rudeness; it was the fact that she wasn't wearing her mask correctly either. My mother apologized, explaining that her mask was slipping. I pointed out that the owner’s mask was also not secure and that she was putting us at risk. However, she responded with the same excuse that it "keeps slipping." That's when I lost my patience and told her that she had no right to treat us that way. This led to her yelling at us and ultimately kicking us out. Such unprofessional behavior will surely drive customers away. I’ve seen several complaints about her online, and it’s a shame because the staff and the chef deserve much better representation. Unfortunately, based solely on her behavior, we will not be returning.
The owner, who sees himself as the service manager, is simply unpleasant.
