The pizza at Saylorsburg Pizza is absolutely phenomenal. The crust is the perfect thickness while also not being too doughy. The sauce is well flavored. The cheese is exactly what you want in a pizza cheese. FWIW, I've made pizza at multiple pizzerias in NJ. This place makes one of the best pizzas I've ever had.
