Came here twice for dinner with family and enjoyed it .It wasn't overpriced and wasn't long after ordering to come to table would Defford eat here again
We were staying at the park and decided to dine at the on-site restaurant. We visited twice, once for breakfast and once for dinner. The kids had pancakes that were pre-packaged and microwaved, topped with Nutella and a half strawberry for £3.99. While they enjoyed it, as an adult I found the quality and value to be disappointing. I opted for toast, which appeared to be microwaved as well due to its soft and untoasted state. Despite my reservations, we returned for dinner on another day. We ordered spaghetti bolognese and cheesy garlic bread, which arrived quickly. The garlic bread was fine, but the spaghetti was dry with very little sauce and some parts had hardened from microwaving. The child-sized portion was priced at £6.99, but most of it ended up in the bin. The overall quality of the food was low, served quickly and not priced cheaply. Despite the clean environment and friendly staff, the food left much to be desired. While convenient, most guests opt for drinks only for a reason.
This restaurant is a nice, clean, and relaxed place to eat with friendly staff. Harry and Amelia, the girl behind the bar, were both very good and helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
Ordered a gourmet chicken burger, which was overcooked and just really poor quality, took about 3 bites of this, was charged £14. Pretty unhappy with the experience and about being lied to, why are you advertising gourmet burgers if they are nowhere near that standard? Was on table 133. Overpriced and poor quality, would recommend a standard hungry horse pub over this place.
