Feedback gevenMy husband and I went out for dinner tonight after work. The restaurant was not too crowded, which was surprising to us, especially considering how delicious our meal was.
What happened to Susan's Pinhead? When I visited at noon, only a waitress and a cook were there. The waitress seemed to be waiting for customers to arrive.
The food was good. service was good considering that only 1 person did everything. she had no help, was crazy between the tables and the bar and tried to take care of everyone. we ordered simple sliders and asked that the dressing of and ordered pommes. we have our slider; they were covered with dressing and no fries. we would have been eating at 20 north broadway and drinking next door, but they were closed on Monday afternoon.
To leave a 1 star review and hope that the owner decides to get mouthed with me as he did in previous contributions. very unprofessional! I could never have come here if I had seen them before! I felt absolutely terrible for our waitress, who was very sweet! came here tonight to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes to get our food! not even exaggerated. I hope the kitchen was just short staff and it's not so all the time. there was a family of 4 behind us, who absolutely hated eating and we should have just left after we hear them complaining. they gave me crying that had to be open for days, the waitress was very apologetic and corrected it immediately. she should find a new place to work! there were screams from the kitchen that was super unprofessional. about an hour before and my likes hurt so bad after I had received the pasta that might have had 5 pieces huh in it. I am very disappointed because I work very close to this restaurant and nothing about tonight was a good experience!
With a family, without children's menus, so the children ate. sohn in law ordered a rare steak, it was done very well. several different drinks not available, jalapeño poppers over boiled, mozzarella sticks overboiled, hard crispy overboiled. the waitress did not seem to come up with frustrated food consistently, had to be called to refill drinks. we have asked who we think that the manager (he would not say) about my black burned tasting French pommes, which he assured us that they should be as if it were. for a $200 dinner we expected a lot more
