Papa Johns Pizza - Seagoville

I’m not sure if the guy here was the Manager but this store does not know what customer service is” he didn’t even allowed me to enter the store because he was busy speaking to a lady, and said it was close at 9:15pm when it should close at 10pm according to their business hours I have reported this with Corporate, there are definitely other businesses with better service. So i decided to give them one more shot because I had 10$ in papa dough that was about to expire. Well we paid for extra cheese and did not receive it! He says we put a cup on there, well we paid for an extra cup and he argued with my husband! The papa bites were burnt and the food was cold! We paid for it all because we didn’t want to lose our 10$ in papa dough. But we will never return to this location ever again! Rude employees rude management and the store looks disgusting! Worst place to go in Seagoville Texas!

I just had some pizza delivered and it was cold and undercooked, very doughy.

Called waited 5 min listening to the same add where a lady is screaming at you. So after no one answered at all. Went to the website. I went to place an order for 2 large pizzas and some breadsticks. Total was 75$ yeah keep that. Go across the street same pizzas 19.95

I had been dreaming about a shaqaroni pizza so we ordered one adding hamburger meat and Japs with extra sauce. We get it home and there were no pepperonis!!! And no extra sauce and nobody answers the phone at the Seagoville location!!! Will not be back! Who doesn't put pepperonis on a shaqaroni pizza??? So disappointed!
