Box House - Seattle

I had the worst service I've ever experienced in the city! The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. The area itself felt very sketchy, with homeless individuals and some unsettling characters nearby. Unfortunately, even inside the restaurant, it didn’t feel any safer. Additionally, there were long lines for the restrooms. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place at all!

I would recommend steering clear of this restaurant. The staff shows a complete lack of respect for their customers, and the environment feels both unsafe and unclean. Save yourself the trouble and look for another option!

I used to think this place was enjoyable, but my recent experience changed that. The waitress was rude, and I really don’t even want to mention the security staff. I have no intention of returning.

Worst place ever! Staff is incredibly rude and disrespectful, place is dirty and old, and they don’t respect capacity rules, the place is so packed you cannot even walk to the bathroom. Also, this is an unsafe area. Do yourselves a favor and don’t come to this horrible place.

It was SantaCon today in Seattle!! If was off the chain, everyone in their Santa gear having too much fun. Nice little club/bar, great music, awesome staff, and superb DJ. If the dancing and having fun is your thing, here's where you need to be on a Saturday night!
