Feedback gevenWe were there on Thursday 8/11 at 7:30 in the evening. When we entered, we were greeted with an impatient and disrespectful attitude. The service was bad, they got mad at us for wanting to order 5 sandwiches because we didn't make a phone order! Weare tourists and we didn't know the rules. In addition, after they had already agreed that we would order food, they did notlet the children use the restrooms instead because they have an inspection tomorrow and she had already cleaned the restrooms. Apart from the bad service at least the food was delicious.
Our favorite Subway! Kay is so nice and she always makes our sandwiches exactly how we like them.
Management has decided that they wont take the coupons, but it has to be not this sandwich, the coupons says what it cant be. Management had changed this. Lol just stright ridiculous. Coupon say. Management changes. What trash go some where else.
The young lady that's at the subway on hwy92 in Seffner Is always so sweet. And they are very prompt and efficient
Subways are pretty cookie cutter, so what really makes the individual franchise stand out is the staff. The gentleman who took my order was friendly, we'll mannered, and eager to see that my sandwich was exactly the way I wanted.. That's a five star fastfood experience, because I guarantee you, it he'd been a jerk, my sandwich would've tasted pretty much the same.
