Starbucks Coffee - Shakopee

Always gets my drinks wrong.. lines are always really slow, waiting like 20 minutes for a poorly made coffee.

I’m not sure how you can mess up a simple medicine ball tea,But I got mine with a load of foam? Like what? lol. It was about an inch deep of foam on top? Very confused what that is and how that even happened….The picture I posted is the residue after I scooped the foam out. After took the foam out, it was the size of a medium drink, so I had to add more hot water.

Service is very slow.. saw the staff in the store, their motion is slow and not having

Order ahead option unavailable since they are “owned by Hyvee” so you can’t use your star points which sucks. They also never have straws for the larger drinks or sprinkles for any of their winter

Went there today 10/06 around 3-4 PM. The place was being run by 3 girls during a huge rush. They managed to make drinks, serve food, take orders while having amazing customer service. It took some time, but I can imagine making drinks isn’t easy either.
