Crouse's Cafe - Shelocta

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and it was fantastic. The waitress was elegant and provided quick service. The prices were very reasonable, and the atmosphere was clean and quiet. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

I have to share my experience with the manager at Crouse’s Cafe in Shelocta. First, I want to highlight that the waitstaff was excellent; they were not at fault for what happened. Kevin and I both ordered soup but requested a small taste first to ensure it wasn't too spicy. It was good, so we ordered the soup we had sampled. However, we were charged an additional dollar for the two tasting spoons. What? Then, when I asked for my Pepsi refill to be served in a cup because I didn’t want to waste it if I couldn’t finish it, the manager instructed the waitress to charge me $2.49 for that refill. What? I was honestly outraged. I ended up being charged $4.98 for a drink and a refill. This is nothing but greed, and I can confidently say we will never be returning to this establishment again.

We placed a large order of 12 meals during the hectic Sunday rush after church, and we were excited to see what we might have forgotten. To our delight, nothing was missing! Every single dish was absolutely fantastic. It was a perfect experience all around! Great job on the extraordinary work!

Eating was so good! I have the royal breakfast and it was amazing! the toast was thick and crispy, the pancake was fluffy, the eggs, bacon and kartoffels were absolutely perfect. the service was also very polite and friendly! totally recommended!

Place was packed (it was Father's Day) girls were hustling cleaning tables and serving customers. Food was really good staff was pleasant. Will stop in again
