Feedback gevenI decided to try this restaurant after seeing the ten-percent-off sign. The parking lot was well-maintained and easy to park in. We sat down at a table and looked at the menu, where there were various options for soba sets. My husband ordered the zaru soba with katsu curry, and I ordered the zaru soba with sauce katsudon set. It was mentioned that it would take about 15 minutes to fry the katsu. The dishes were served almost right on time, after about 15 minutes of waiting. The soba was well-cooked with a good texture, and the dipping sauce had just the right balance of flavor without being too strong. The sauce katsudon had a slightly tangy, fruity sauce with a thick cutlet, which was quite satisfying. There was so much food that I ended up passing over half of it to my husband. This soba set is hearty enough for even men to enjoy!
I tried the duck soba and horse sashimi. The soba noodles are served on a plate without a bamboo sieve. The soba was delicious, but the horse sashimi was unbelievably tender and very tasty! I couldn't stop eating it, especially when paired with the spicy garlic miso-like condiment that came with it. Unfortunately, they didn't serve soba broth, and they didn't ask if I wanted it either, so I'm not sure if it's available. Although they were sold out, the "I am a sheep" pudding looked delicious.
The restaurant is new and clean. The soba noodles are made with 100% buckwheat and are deliciously smooth with a good texture. The best part is the dipping sauce, which has a delicious bonito flavor and is not too strong, but rather smooth. The tempura is crispy and light, and they provide matcha salt for dipping, which is a nice touch. The soba broth is thick and has a good amount of starch. The soba broth is so delicious that it makes the soba noodles even more enjoyable. The deep-fried mochi is made with 20% ancient rice, with a crispy outer layer and a soft inside, served with grated daikon. Highly recommended! It is mentioned that the right side of the restaurant is designated for smoking, while the left side has non-smoking tables.
今日は 夫婦で訪問しました ざるそば2人前と 天ぷら盛り合わせを注文しました 蕎麦も良い 天ぷらは季節の山菜 コシアブラとタラの芽 が 入り とても贅沢 美味しいいただきました。 平日のお昼時に伺いましたが、偶然でしょうが昼の 初客だった様です。 まだ ちょっと寒かったので、暖かい蕎麦のかき揚げにしました。 美味しく頂きました、女将さんが愛想良くとてもいい感じです。 次回は、冷たい蕎麦にします。 ご飯物も、定食系もあるのに あとで気がつきました。
旅の途中に寄りました。 天ぷらも蕎麦も美味しいです。 また近くに行ったら立ち寄らせていただきます。
