I didn't really understand how it worked at first because they only deliver on sunday, but then I decided to order a few meals and give them a try. Let me tell you, WORTH THE WAIT! Food is so good. I'm on 10 meals a week now. Saves me so much time and I feel like i'm doing my body justice

Been eating Medkit for about 6 weeks now and wow do I feel the difference. 9/10 of the meals I’ve ordered were from the paleo/ whole 30 menu. I’m down 13lbs since I started and I don’t plan to stop. the food is SOO FREAKING GOOD! Happy that my food actually comes seasoned lol.
