Enoteca I Terzi - SIENA

Terrible…Very rude owner! Never had such horrible customer experience before. I had hair inside of my ravioli which I have moved to the side of a plate and showed to the waitress. After that I have mentioned that I had hair in my dish to the owner, she started raising her voice at me screaming that I am lying and there was nothing on my plate. She behaved completely unprofessional and rude, was shouting in front of everyone. Terrible experience! Really horrible attitude.

Our first night in Siena we dined here. Had a lovely bottle of wine and good food. Dessert was heavenly and the Barone Ricasoli Granello brought by the owner was incredible.

Very good lunch in Sienna, less noisy than the other streets. We had delicious gnudi ????

Tucked into a side street off Piazza de La Independenzia, this is a truly interesting option for dinner. The food was some of the best we had on our trip in Tuscany simple, but super savoury and very well executed. A highlight for me was the tagliolini filled with ricotta and parmesan in a perfect pesto sauce. The wine list is also well chosen and extensive, but be warned: it has been comprehensively pilfered by eagle eyes tourists. Also disappointing was the fact that the wines are not served at the right temperature. The Enoteca has amazing bottles, but you have to wonder how they have been stored. The lady owner was really warm and attentive but the other staff was largely disinterested and gave out the impression they didn’t want to be there.

Beautiful, cozy restaurant with excellent food, wine and dessert. Such a great time, highly recommend
