Bojangles - Simpsonville

This is the best Bojangles in the Upstate! I had a fantastic meal in the neighborhood! Bridgette provided outstanding service, which I really appreciated after a long 12-hour shift. It was the perfect way to wrap up my day. Thank you to all the employees for making my day brighter! Great job!

They forgot part of our order and were disrespectful when we inquired about the missing items. We ordered curbside, but it took over 30 minutes to receive our food. The Bo Rounds were undercooked, while the Bo Berry biscuits were overcooked.

The drive-thru wasn’t operating, which was alright, so I decided to go inside to place my order. There was one person ahead of me who was getting their order fixed. While I was waiting, the girl at the counter told someone filling out a job application that she didn’t understand why I was still waiting since she was off the clock! Another customer pointed out the terrible customer service, and I couldn’t help but agree. In the end, I left without anyone acknowledging my presence!

The worst bojangles ever! Just ran by to grab my daughter some fries and a biscuit after a long dance practice. They said pull around it will be 3 minutes. We pulled around then proceeded to wait 10-15 minutes. I then started knocking on windows becauseno one would answer the phone. The lady then brings it out says sorry for the wait and the fries were soggy and cold. Willnever go here again! It's freaking fast food not rocket science come on!

Went to bojangles store#849 in Simpsonville on Saturday went to drive thru but went on the inside to get a refund for the biscuit it was ready for the trash look like a three year old made it. I was told by the manager they don 't give refunds thebiscuit was remade and the bacon was burnt to a crisp was not fit to eat. I asked again for my money back and the manager eventhough I got my money back the manager had a very nasty attitude I called her out on it and she replied I don 't have anattitude but I can get one. Customers also were there. I can see why they have such low ratings. I will not visit that storeagain. Beware!!
