Grota Miresei - Slănic

Very good traditional food and nice looking restaurant with traditional decorations. The girl who served us was very kind and the food came to us in 20 minutes. We ate roasted lamb with polenta and was very tasty and well done. People in the restaurant...not very educated because they have a salty whater pool which is very crowded in the summer time. They are eating here in pool panties without T-shirt and so on. I recomand for the taste of the food. Prices: On average.

The lake is very nice, well prepared for a day in sun light with the opportunity to bath in salty water. The restaurant is in the same enclosure, so you can order when you are hungry. Unfortunately the menu contains only Romanian dishes, the big...plates are too big for 1 person and too small for two. The cook is not particulary skilled, I would say it is at the level of a modest house wife.

Plus: surprising good facilities for a bath in salt lake: armchairs accommodations facilities (showers, occasional food, environmental music, cleareness, properly organisation in venue); A lot of people who really need salt water and health mood treatments around; To be considered: although access price is...high 10 Euro a day) still unmared people are in, but around atmosfera is still under staf control.
