Touch Down Wings - Snellville

I was dashing for the first time to pay for my tuition, so I am doing my best to make sure my customers get the best food and service, when I arrived to get my customer order, the little girl whos' eye lashes were falling off had a attitude the entire time. She tells me they don't have a drink for the customer, so I call the customer and she is like I want the small peach fountain drink and the little girl was like well it comes with a 2 liter and we don't have a peach 2 liter. So I'm like just give her a Pineapple 2 liter and a small peach drink so the customer will be happy . She literally bent over backwards to not give the lady the small peach drink as if it was coming out her pockets, lol. These children kill me everytime, working in these fast food restaurants, but she had the right one ??‍

I ordered lemon pepper wings and fries for my son and myself and it made us sick, to say the least. A few weeks prior to that I placed an order for my sister who was in town and when we picked up the order on time, the food tasted old the wings and the fries. I noticed it only tastes old when I order through Doordash because that’s happened another time before, too. I gave this place chances to get it right after receiving bad batches of food but getting sick was the last straw for me.

I don’t know why this location won’t admit that they DO NOT TAKE CALL IN ORDERS. When you order over the phone THEY DO NOT start preparing your order until you arrive and pay. Poor customer service. After over a year because I only go to the Main street location) I gave them another try yesterday hoping they’d gotten better as it’s closer to me. When I called I told the girl “ can y’all please have my order ready?” she said “ok” get there… same thing not ready). I was smart this time as I made her see if my order was ready BEFORE I paid. She didn’t even have to look and said “ nah it’s not “ lol- because once you pay OF COURSE you’re going to wait. I called the Main Street location by the time I drove from this location to Main Street 9 minutes) my food was ready and piping hot!! That’s why Main Streets parking lot is usually clear because they ACTUALLY take phone orders. Black people need to spend their money where we are treated with great customer service. Main Street is WAYYYYYY better and their food is better as well and that may be because they don’t cater to JUST US over that way. I will continue to drive that 9 minutes. Worth it

I placed my order over the phone an came here on my lunch break, i repeated my order twice to the lady on the phone an somehow she still got my order wrong im pretty sure she was distracted from sitting on her cell phone because no1 greeted me an when i stood in her line she was still sitting on her phone, i told her about my order being messed up she tells me to give her the food back an theyll remake it.. i was on my lunch break so i just said forget it because i was on my lunch break the tables are dirty every an anywhere you sit the drink counter has sticky juice spills all over the counter you can tell they go days without cleaning it ; all i ask for the cashiers to treat people how you want to be treated
