Forklift - Snowbird

I was a Snowbird season pass holder last year and had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Our waiter unexpectedly stopped coming to our table, leaving us without service for an extended period. It felt as if she had forgotten we were there, which was quite strange. As a result, we ended up not ordering any food or drinks and had to ask the manager for the bill. Unfortunately, the manager didn't offer any assistance or even a discount. This experience was disgraceful for the Snowbird name, and I've never encountered anything like it before. It's a shame for Snowbird.

We tried several breakfast items, and I ordered the breakfast quesadilla, taking half of it home. Unfortunately, I fell ill within an hour of eating it, but at the time, I didn't think much of it. My sister ate the other half later that evening and had the same reaction. I decided to call the restaurant to inform them, and their response was simply, "Okay, thanks for letting us know." I was really disappointed by that, especially since the service we received during our visit was also lacking. Initially, I hadn’t planned on leaving a review about the poor service or the mediocre food, but after experiencing food poisoning and receiving such a dismissive response, I felt it was important to share my experience. It’s disheartening to see a restaurant with a lovely view struggle with both service and food quality.

I'm really surprised by the low rating for Forklift. It's easily the best place to eat at Snowbird. The sandwiches are delicious and come in generous portions. Their drink selection is better than many places in Utah. They also do a fantastic job of getting you in and out quickly so you can get back to skiing. I highly recommend trying the turkey club or the French dip!

Perfect for a hearty breakfast before hitting the slopes. Fast service and yummy food. We had the breakfast quesadilla and the veggie bowl. We came back every morning if our stay. Avocado toast was also a hit!

The Forklift sits in a beautiful space at the base of Snowbird, a great resort. Unfortunately, The Forklift does not fit in. Our waitress was rude and when my girlfriend ordered a drink, she silently stuck her hand out and looked at us until we figured out what she wanted, which was our ids. This was the longest interaction we had with the server, and any other interaction she did not speak. Our early dinner was pretty uncomfortable and the food was nothing to write home about. The drinks did have liquor.
