Kfc - Solihull

Ages for the food to arrive . They don't seem to clean up here , mess everywhere, disgusting toilets. Not at all good.

Absolutely terrible, I went on Friday 21st April 2023 around half four ordered a mighty bucket for one and a drink I ordered a Sprite got a Pepsi. The person in the drive-thru wasn't listening, and the chicken had black stuff in it and tasted like rubber didn't enjoy it at all ruined my night and didn't even eat it a waste of 10 pounds. Absolutely disgusting! need new staff.

Awful experience food cold and item missing from the delivery. Called customer hem the couldn’t care less. Do KFC UK know how poor their service is? Needs the franchise taking away. Food is so cold I will be reporting them to the local council for a reexamination of their food hygiene certification

I work nearby and have limited options for a hot meal, so I have been eating here once a week for the past two years. I must really enjoy punishment. There is only one staff member who takes pride in their work and provides good customer service with a genuine smile. If it weren't for him, I would give this place zero stars. The other employees simply ignore you. This is supposed to be fast food, but it is neither fast nor can it be considered food. Most of the time, the food is barely warm and so greasy that the paper bag becomes see-through. They are often out of salt, which is the only thing that makes the food somewhat tolerable. I have to double-check my bag to make sure that salt and napkins (both essential) are included, which is usually not the case unless the one decent guy is working. Today, I ordered a Zinger Tower meal and the hash brown looked like it was ready to retire, with more mayo than chicken. The fries were cold, greasy, and had a collection of short hairs at the bottom of the bag. I am finished with this place. Prices have gone up, and the quality of food and service keeps getting worse. If you have any self-respect, I suggest eating somewhere else.

The service at this restaurant was shocking - they got our order wrong, and when we complained about finding bones in our boneless bucket chicken, the duty manager just brushed us off. We will never purchase from here again.
