The spicy sauce is absolutely fantastic! I really enjoy their chicken tenders; they're perfectly moist and crispy. The fries are also excellent, with a nice crispy exterior and a soft interior. They offer two different sauces, and both are delicious. The Texas toast is incredibly tasty as well. I highly recommend this restaurant for its wonderful food!

The mashed potato bowl is far superior to KFC! One taste is all it takes to realize there’s no competition—this bowl is definitely the winner. Give it a try, and you’ll understand! I’m sure the rest of the menu is great too; I just can’t seem to get past this amazing bowl.

I usually order the 4-piece chicken strip combo, but today I decided to try the mashed potato bowl. Oh my goodness, someone needs to kiss the chef! @ChickenNow is truly impressive. Along with the fantastic food, the customer service is also outstanding. I highly recommend it!

In my last three visits to the mall, I've ordered the mashed potato bowl, and I always choose the crispy chicken, which consists of lightly breaded tenders. Don’t forget to add a side of spicy sauce! The mashed potatoes are authentic, with the red skin still on them.

This restaurant is situated in a mall and seemed clean and well-organized. My kids really liked the chicken tenders, and the fries had a soft inside with a slightly crispy outside, though they did get soggy fairly quickly, so be mindful if you're thinking about takeout. The drink cups were shorter and wider than the usual fast food ones. I found the wrap I ordered to be quite delicious. Ketchup was available for self-service from a pump container. Refills for drinks cost $0.56 each, and there is an extra charge for the signature sauces.
