Panda Express - South Jordan

The chow mein was overcooked and the vegetables were undercooked at this particular location. The portion sizes are very small and the service is not great - it seems like they don't want to be bothered. I would recommend going to a different location instead.

I was treating my mom to dinner and the restaurant ran out of Teriyaki chicken, so we had to wait for them to cook more. As a gesture of apology, they gave us a free apple cinnamon roll. When our food arrived, I was prepared to pay with my card, but they insisted the meal was on the house for the inconvenience. The staff was incredibly kind and I was grateful for the gesture. I will definitely be returning to dine at this location in the future.

I love their food! I typically like their kung pao because I like savory and spicy food and they make it that way. We also like their orange chicken a LOT!! Sometimes it gets really crazy and crowded during rush hours. During one such time a small mistake was made with our order placed through drive through. So I called them back and they gave us the full order complimentary!! The young staff member even came and apologized for the mistake he did not have to do that but he did. I say this with respect it shows a lot of character among the staff members who work there.Thank you for showing care and your service. We will continue to be your customer!

I ordered black pepper steak because they were out of my favorite, chicken and green beans. It was horrible. Seemed to be in the warmer longer than it should have been, way to much sauce, vegi's limp. I can't believe I paid an extra $1.50 for such a horrible dish.

I received the incorrect dish at this restaurant and they were unwilling to exchange it. Thankfully, corporate is providing me with a complimentary meal!
